How the Program Works
- Verified Referrals: When you provide a legitimate, verified referral (someone new who meets with us), you will receive $150 back toward your Prince William Home Improvement (PWHI) project.
- When They Build: If your referral becomes a new PWHI customer, you and your referral will each receive $500. You’ll receive a refund on your project, and your referral will receive a $500 discount on theirs which will be applied to their purchase price and reflected in their contract with PWHI.
Your personal referral link and code are unique to you. Anytime your friends or family use this link, our system automatically tracks it back to you, so you get credit.

Terms & Conditions
1. Automatic Tracking
When a friend or family member clicks your unique referral link, our system records it.
You don’t need to do anything further. We will notify you if the referral qualifies as a
Verified Referral or becomes a new PWHI customer.
2. Eligibility of Referrals
We determine whether a referral is new. If the person’s name and/or address already
exists in our system, they cannot be considered a new referral.
3. New Customer Definition
A referred person becomes a “new customer” only after purchasing and fully paying for a
PWHI project:
- Located within our Virginia & Maryland service area
- Minimum purchase price of $10,000
- Contract executed within one (1) year of being referred
4. Duplicate Referrals
In the unlikely event that multiple people refer the same person, PWHI reserves the right to determine who receives credit, generally the first person to refer via a referral link/code.
5. Referral Limits & Good Faith
- Only one referral reward per referred address.
- Referrals must be made in good faith. If we believe submissions are fraudulent or not genuine, we may disqualify them.
6. Form of Payment
- Referring customer rewards will be issued as refunds or credits to the “referring party.”
- The $500 “referred party” reward will be applied as a discount to their contract
price, not as a cash payment.
7. Time of Payment
- Payment for verified referrals will occur after we meet with your verified referral,
regardless of whether they purchase from us.
- Payment for new PWHI customers will be made upon completion and payment in
full of their eligible project.
8. Taxes & Reporting
- You are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes on referral rewards.
- PWHI will issue any required tax reporting forms.
- Lost, late, illegible, or incomplete referral entries will not qualify.
- PWHI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any
time, without notice.
9. Ineligible Participants
Employees, agents, officers, directors, contractors of PWHI (and their immediate families or households) are not eligible to participate.
Final Notes
- Referrals must be genuine and submitted with the intent of introducing new customers to PWHI.
- Returning customers are not eligible for referral rewards but may qualify for other loyalty discounts.
- Participation is optional. If you do not wish to participate, simply do not share your referral link.
