CELEBRATING 40 YEARS

1. Offer period. The offer begins September 1, 2026, and ends October 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, or when the maximum number of qualifying contracts is reached, whichever occurs first.

2. Qualifying purchase. Customer must execute a new written contract with Prince William Home Improvement (“PWHI”) for a deck, screen room, patio, or porch with a finished area of at least 200 square feet as stated in the executed contract, pay any required deposit, and present offer code clip0926 at or before signing. The code cannot be applied retroactively. Change orders, repairs, service work, warranty work, and contracts executed before September 1, 2026, do not qualify. The offer does not apply to prior purchases.

3. Quantity limit. The offer is limited to the first 10 qualifying contracts. Qualification order is determined by the date and time PWHI receives the fully executed contract and any required deposit, as recorded in PWHI’s business records, which are final and determinative. Where no deposit is required, qualification order is determined by the date and time PWHI receives the fully executed contract. If a qualifying contract is later cancelled, PWHI may, but is not required to, extend the offer to the next contract in order.

4. Item and substitution. The promotional item is one (1) outdoor patio heater with an approximate retail value of $100.00. Model, make, finish, and specifications are subject to availability. PWHI reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value, or to issue a credit of equal value toward the contract price, at its sole discretion.

5. Not included; customer responsibility. The promotional item is supplied as manufactured and packaged. A propane cylinder and propane fuel are not included. Customer is solely responsible for obtaining, filling, connecting, storing, transporting, and replacing the propane cylinder and fuel, and for all associated costs. Assembly is required and is the responsibility of the customer. PWHI does not assemble, install, connect, inspect, service, or maintain the promotional item.

6. Product warranty, safety, and use. The promotional item is manufactured by a third party. Any warranty is provided by the manufacturer, and PWHI makes no warranty of any kind with respect to the promotional item, express or implied, except as required by applicable law. Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer. The promotional item is not part of the work performed under the customer’s contract and is not covered by any PWHI workmanship warranty.

Customer must read and follow all manufacturer instructions, warnings, and safety information before use. The promotional item is intended for outdoor use in well-ventilated open-air areas only. It must not be used indoors, in a garage, or in any enclosed or partially enclosed area, including a screened enclosure, a covered or roofed porch, or any space with overhead cover, and must be kept at the manufacturer’s specified clearance from walls, ceilings, railings, furnishings, and any other combustible material. Improper use creates a risk of fire, burn injury, carbon monoxide poisoning, and property damage. Customer is responsible for compliance with all applicable codes, ordinances, and homeowners association rules, and for confirming that use of the promotional item is permitted at the property.

7. Delivery. The patio heater will be delivered or made available for pickup only upon substantial completion of the project and receipt of final payment. If the contract is cancelled or terminated for any reason before both conditions are met, no promotional item will be provided. PWHI is not responsible for delivery delays caused by supplier availability, shipping, weather, permitting, or other conditions outside its control. Nothing in these terms limits any cancellation or rescission right the customer has under applicable law.

8. Limitations. Limit one patio heater per household and per property address, regardless of the number of contracts executed. The offer has no cash value, may not be exchanged for cash or credit except as provided in Section 4, and may not be sold, assigned, or transferred. Any tax liability arising from the promotional item is the responsibility of the customer.

9. Combination with other offers. This offer may not be combined with any other offer, discount, coupon, rebate, or promotion, except that it may be combined with the promotional financing offer described below.

10. Project schedule. Project start and completion dates are subject to permitting, weather, material availability, and scheduling. PWHI does not guarantee completion by any particular date except as stated in the executed contract.

11. Eligibility and modification. Offer valid only for projects within PWHI’s service area in Northern Virginia and Maryland. Customer must be 18 or older and the owner of the property or authorized to contract for improvements to it. Void where prohibited. PWHI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this offer at any time without notice. Terms are accurate as of September 1, 2026, and are subject to change.
