Trex Limited Residential Warranty Overview
Warranty Duration
- 50 years for Signature and Transcend decking products.
- 35 years for Select decking products.
- 25 years for Enhance decking products.
Coverage Details
- The warranty ensures that Trex decking and railing products will be free from material defects in workmanship and materials. Under normal use, they are guaranteed not to split, splinter, rot, or be damaged by termites or fungal decay.
- If any issues arise within the warranty period due to material defects, Trex offers to either replace the defective item or refund the portion of the purchase price.
Transferability:
- This warranty can be transferred once within five years from the original purchase date, allowing the subsequent property owner to benefit from the remaining warranty period.
Micropro/Lifewood Residential Wood Limited Warranty Overview
Warranty Duration
- Lifetime warranty against termites and fungal decay.
This Limited Warranty is for wood product pressure treated with MicroPro®/LifeWood® brand micronized copper azole compounds sold or labeled as MicroPro®/LifeWood® brand wood product or as covered by that “structurally fails” either, in KPC’s sole discretion, replacement MicroPro/LifeWood Wood Product or a refund of the monetary equivalent of the MicroPro/LifeWood Wood Product that “structurally fails” up to the original purchase price.
“Structurally fails” means the inability of MicroPro/LifeWood Wood Product to perform its intended that disintegrate the wood cell walls, but excludes surface mold, mildew, and/or fungi associated with the appearance or “weathering” of wood. “Weathering” of wood is not fungal decay of any type.

Techo-Bloc Product Warranty Overview
Lifetime Guarantee
- Techo-Bloc offers a transferable life-time warranty on its products, commencing on the date of delivery. The warranty covers the structural integrity of the products and any abnormal deterioration of its surfaces that may be caused by the use of rock salt (sodium chloride [NaCl]) for de-icing pavers, slabs or steps, with the exception of Wet Cast collection products, unless otherwise stated.

Cambridge Pavers Product Warranty Overview
Lifetime Guarantee
- Cambridge Pavers Inc. warrants to the owner that, should a Cambridge pavingstone or wallstone, installed according to Concrete Masonry & Hardscapes Association (CMHA) installation guidelines, prove defective, it will be replaced without cost. Replacement labor is not included.
